The card could ask a question that you think about during the day or simply offer an encouraging word. place the cards in areas where you will read them, such as the bathroom where you brush your teeth or do your makeup. A good way to shorten your routine in the morning is to use products that have multiple functions or to decrease the amount of makeup that you use to only the bare essentials. An eyelash curler will often wake up the eyes, and lip gloss is sometimes a better option than spending the time applying lipstick.
